Chefs for Chefs is organizing a fundraiser for local chef, Ana Martinez, who was critically injured in a head-on car accident and is facing a long hard recovery. Her employer has been unable to hold her job open, consequently she also lost her medical insurance. Ana has no relatives here in the US and must rely the help of friends and associates.
