Aurelia's Artisan Spanish Chorizo
An old world recipe handed down for generations of an all natural pork sausage that is cold smoked and dry-cured the old world way. We make small batches from full pork shoulder cuts, fresh ground garlic for each batch and imported Spanish paprika that we curated from Spain. Our chorizo is minimally processed with:
- No Gluten
- No Nitrates
- No Nitrites
- No Fillers
It is shelf stable with no refrigeration required and USDA inspected.
Ingredients: pork, Spanish pimenton, fresh garlic, salt, celery powder, lactic acid starter culture.
